Vision - University pays entire premium
A vision plan is available for eligible employees and dependents which utilizes a preferred provider list of ophthalmologists, optometrists and opticians. Payment is also made to non-participating providers based on a specific schedule of payment. The plan provides for annual eye exams. Lenses and frames are covered every 24 months (12 months for lenses if there is a specific change in prescription). Employees who use a VDT (Video Display Terminal) four or more hours a day are eligible for VDT benefits.
