Memorandum to all Benefits Eligible Employees  (detailed information)
 

To view your current benefits coverage go to the CSUSM Home Page: http://www.csusm.edu/

  1. Click on  the "my.csusm.edu" link

  2. Sign-in using your csusm User ID and Password

  3. On the Portal Menu Click on "My HR Information"

  4. Click on "View My Benefits"

  2. Complete entire first page only

  3. Original hardcopy with signature must be received in HREO - electronic copies are not accepted
