Mathematics is a hierarchical discipline; all upper division courses that count toward the major have prerequisites. It is thus extremely important that you take the correct courses early in your educational career. By following the schedule given in the table below for your first two years, you will satisfy the prerequisites for all of the mathematics courses that you will need to take in your junior and senior years.
