David Barsky
- Associate Vice President for Academic Programs
- Member of the Provost's Council and Academic Round Table (ART)
- Ex-Officio member of the Academic Senate and the following Senate Committees: Academic Policy Committee (APC), Budget and Long-Range Planning Committee (BLP), General Education Committee (GEC), Program Assessment Committee (PAC), and University Curriculum Committee (UCC).
- Member of the Academic Blueprint Committee (ABC)
- Member of the Enrollment Planning Administrative Advisory Group (EPAAG)
- Academic Affairs Representative on the Planning Section of the Emergency Management Team

Lourdes Shahamiri
- Coordinate catalog/catalog addendum production
- Coordinate review of curriculum proposals (programs, courses, and topics)
- Maintain Curriculum Proposal Tracker on the web
- Coordinate submission of academic programs to Chancellor’s Office
Criselda Yee
- Create and maintain the class schedules
- Monitor and analyze room utilization and faculty workload; report to Chancellor’s Office
- Serve as an information resource for questions relating to appropriate class meeting times and classroom capacities
Virginia Mann
- Provide direct administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs - Academic Programs; serve as a liaison for the Office of Academic Programs to faculty, staff, students and the community
- Coordinate the Program Evaluation and Planning (PEP) process, Palomar College remedial math taught at CSUSM, and the General Education assessment
- Serve as Academic Programs Webmaster
- Coordinate the Syllabi Collection and Archival Project
- Maintenance of Course Master File and provide assistance to the Catalog Coordinator
Joan Groom
- Serve as Business Manager for Academic Programs
- Serve as Office Manager for Curriculum & Scheduling Office
- Coordinate budget reviews
- Provide budget support to the General Education Program, SWRC and First-Year Programs.
