How can I tell if my transcript has been received?

You can check the status of your recently submitted transcript by checking your my.csusm account.  Scroll down to the bottom and select "Transcript\Test Scores"

You will be sent an email in your student email account when your transcript is received and when it is evaluated and posted to your record.

How long will it take to evaluate and post units to my mycsusm record?

If your transcript has not been reviewed within one month of receipt at CSUSM, please make an appointment with your Academic Advisor.  Your advisor can request an evaluation with Registration and Records.
