Major & Minor Worksheets
Select the year in which you officially declared your major/minor.
Students may declare a major and/or minor by submitting a Declaration or Change of Major/Minor form at Cougar Central.
If the year you declared your major does not appear above, please email eAdvisor to have one sent to you.
NOTE: Your Academic Requirements Report (ARR) is designed to track all of your graduation requirements including those for your major. Therefore, major worksheets are only intended for supplemental use. We have displayed the most recent major worksheets here. If you would like a major worksheet representing an earlier catalog year, please contact your major advisor to obtain one. To run your DPR, please visit your Student Center in MyCSUSM.
