The Office of Admissions & Recruitment Outreach Programs promotes higher education by providing academic services and diverse enrichment programs that ensure the success and support of K-12 students, families, and schools, as well as recruitment initiatives for high school and community college students.  Services range from tutoring to university field trips, college application assistance, pre-admission advising, summer programs, and motivational/informational activities. 

Programs include Cal-SOAP, Early Assessment Program (EAP), Early Outreach, Educational Talent Search and Upward Bound.
