Activate Computational Thinking

“Computational Thinking (CT) represents a universally applicable attitude and skill set EVERYONE, not just computer scientists, would be eager to learn and use” – Jeannette M. Wing, Head of the Computer & Information Science and Engineering (CISE) Directorate at NSF [Wing, 2006].

The Activate Computational Thinking (ACT) project proposes a two-year professional development model for science teachers to increase understanding of CT and facilitate the integration of CT activities into core science curriculum.
