Parking

Complimentary Parking will now be provided for Arts & Lectures events. Please review your ticket for complimentary parking lot location. Be sure to park only in the lot that is marked for Arts & Lectures otherwise you will need to purchase a parking pass. 

Disabled guests may park in the parking structure located near the Arts building for events that take place in ARTS 101, 111 or 240. From there, the elevator may be used to access any floor.  For events taking place in other locations on campus, elevators are accessible in each building.

Sponsored Guests with a Sponsored Guest Parking pass may park in Lots E, H.

Driving Directions

CSU San Marcos is conveniently located in North San Diego County — only a short drive from the City of San Diego, Riverside County, and Orange County. The campus is easily accessed from Interstates 5 and 15:

From Interstate 5

  • From Interstate 5, merge onto eastbound Highway 78
  • Drive approximately 14 miles on eastbound Highway 78, then exit at Twin Oaks Valley Road
  • Turn right to go south on Twin Oaks Valley Road
  • After approximately .5 mile, turn left onto Craven Drive. You have now arrived at CSU San Marcos.

From Interstate 15

  • From Interstate 15, merge onto westbound Highway 78
  • Drive approximately 4.5 miles on westbound Highway 78, then exit at Twin Oaks Valley Road
  • Turn left to go south on Twin Oaks Valley Road
  • After approximately .5 mile, turn left onto Craven Drive. You have now arrived at CSU San Marcos.
