Proposal Submissions

Prior to submitting a proposal it is important to review the  Standard Practices of the Office of Arts & Lectures and the Expectations of the Proposer.

A Performance Hall Technical Questionnaire must be submitted for events taking place in theater ARTS 111. (This a hard copy form that must be filled out and emailed to Marilyn Huerta at mhuerta@csusm.edu by April 7, 2014.)

Completed "Proposals for Event Funding AY 14-15" will be due no later than April 7, 2014.
