Prior to submitting a proposal it is important to review the Standard Practices of the Office of Arts & Lectures and the Expectations of the Proposer.
A Performance Hall Technical Questionnaire must be submitted for events taking place in theater ARTS 111. (This a hard copy form that must be filled out and emailed to Marilyn Huerta at firstname.lastname@example.org by April 12, 2013.)
Completed "Proposals for Event Funding AY 13-14" will be due no later than April 12, 2013.
