ABOUT THE AMERICAN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE INSTITUTE
The American Language and Culture Institute (ALCI) is the English language program at California State University San Marcos. We offer many programs for international students and travelers. The ALCI office is located in Academic Hall 111.
The ALCI welcomes more than 100 students each year from countries including Brazil, China, Colombia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mali, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam, and Uzbekistan. Our average class size is 15 students. The average student age is 22 years old.
