New ALCI Students

To apply to the ALCI, you must send:

  • An original bank statement dated within the last six months.
  • A $150 application fee (non-refundable) payable by credit card or check to "CSUSM UARSC." This includes the express mail fee. Fee may be higher depending on your home country.
  • A photocopy of your passport.

Incomplete applications will not be processed. Check your application carefully. Send your complete application to the ALCI at least two months before your program begins to allow enough time for a U.S. Embassy interview and visa processing.
