TRANSFER STUDENTS (from a school within the United States)

 

You must send:

• An ALCI Application Form.

• An Original bank statement dated within the last six months.

• An Eligibility to Transfer Form.

• Photocopies of your current I-20, passport, visa, and I-94 card.

• A $100 application fee

• A $35 express mail fee (payable to CSUSM Foundation).
