Studio apartments: $700-$850+ per month.
One-bedroom apartments: $800 - $1,100+ per month.
Two-bedroom apartments: $1,100-$1,300+ per month.
Three-bedroom apartments: $1,300-$1,600+ per month.

If you choose to live off-campus, you are responsible for finding your own housing. We recommend that students visit the apartment or home in person before signing a lease or paying any money. Often, it can be difficult to arrange for an off-campus apartment from your home country. Because of this, most students choose homestay during their first semester at the ALCI.
