Founded in 2012, the California State University San Marcos Art Gallery seeks to engage with the community by promoting the understanding and enjoyment of the visual arts. Providing a venue for several exhibitions each year, the CSUSM Art Gallery serves the University and the region.

With shows selected and designed to engage the senses, inspire, educate or provoke conversation, gallery visitors are exposed to all areas of visual expression and media. The CSUSM Art Gallery is committed to creating an open environment for learning and the discussion of ideas critical to art and society.

The CSUSM Art Gallery showcases nationally and internationally-known artists, as well as student, alumni and faculty artwork. The gallery is free of charge and open to all students and the public.

Gallery Hours: The gallery is open Friday and Saturday evenings from 5-8 p.m.
