The Ball

The 2017 homecoming dance was themed Old Hollywood and featured four decorated areas. There was a DJ and dancing, a 21+ VIP access area with specialty cocktails, a lounge area and free food! Other attractions included a photo booth, a mock-tail bar, and exclusive red-carpet photo opportunities! Students arrived dressed in Old Hollywood attire, made memories with friends and celebrated homecoming!

By participating in this event I agree to indemnify, defend, waive, release and discharge any and all liability, property damage, damages of death, personal injury or expense, costs (including w/out limitation costs & fees of litigation), claims of every nature for which I may have against the State of California, the Trustees of The California State University, California State University San Marcos, Associated Students Inc., and their employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents (collectively “University”) from any and all claims. I further understand that accidents and injuries may arise out of the event. Knowing the risks, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks and to release and hold harmless the above who might otherwise be liable to me. It is further agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I am aware that my image will be captured & used for promotional items only.
