Student Organization Banking
The ASI Corporate Office serves as the hub for all recognized Student Organization banking services. Please see the power point (Student Organization Banking) for questions regarding student organizations’ banking such as deposits, paying bills, checks, or monthly statements. ASI Leadership Funding Board (ALFB)
ASI provides ALFB funding for student organizations’ events and student attendance at professional conferences. The ASI Finance Board determines the allocation of ALFB funds. The Finance Board is made up of twelve students and one ASI staff member and is chaired by the ASI student elected Vice President of Finance. The Board meets to review all eligible applications approximately three times a semester. All Board meetings are open: Students who have submitted an application are encouraged to attend to answer questions that may arise, but attendance is not a requirement. Funding is granted based on eligibility per the ALFB Guidelines and Instructions.Unfortunately, all of the available ALFB funds for the 2012/2013 academic year have been awarded.
