Introduction

Our commitment is to provide a high quality business education. The programs we offer are creatively structured through an integrated approach. We have focused our program on the key areas of employment in the San Diego region: High Technology Management, Marketing, Management, Global Business Management, Accounting and Finance.

Our small class sizes allow students to get personal attention and to develop professional relationships with faculty and fellow students. Perhaps the most unique aspect of our program is our Senior Experience, required of all business students. Working in teams under a faculty supervisor, students work on real-life projects, which are submitted by local businesses and not-for-profit organizations. The results of these projects often have a lasting impact on the sponsoring organization. It is clear that the Senior Experience provides a win-win situation for the students, the community and our College.

Our MBA program is designed to meet the needs of working professionals. The curriculum emphasizes the general management knowledge and skills required of today's managers and tomorrow's leaders.

The business faculty were educated at some of the finest schools across the nation. In addition to academic training, many of our faculty have business experience, which provides students with a balance of theory and practice in their coursework. They are dedicated professionals who strive to give each of our students a quality business education. The excellence in our programs is recognized and supported by local businesses and the community. The members of my advisory board include some of the major business leaders in the community.
