Introduction

Our MBA program is designed to meet the needs of working professionals. The curriculum emphasizes the general management knowledge and skills required of today's managers and tomorrow's leaders.

The program has been influenced by the writing of premier educators, commissions, and managers, as well as by the talents of our faculty and by the needs of our constituencies. It recognized the sea-changes such as diversity, a global economy, technology, the cooperative nature of decision making and the accelerating rates of change that are occurring in business, government and society, and in higher education.
