Cougar 5K/8K Challenge

Now's your chance to run with Coach Steve Scott's Cal State San Marcos cross-country teams!  The #2-ranked women and #9-ranked men will be competing in the Cougar 5K/8K Challenge on Saturday, October 17th, and entry is open to anyone!  The race takes place right here on campus, starting and finishing on the Mangrum Track & Soccer Field while weaving its way through our "Front Yard."  The 5K race begins at 8:00 AM, and the 8K race begins at 8:45 AM.  Along with the Cougar cross-country teams, squads from California Baptist, Soka University, and Southwestern College (AZ) will be competing as well!

If you aren't up for running either race but still want to catch the action and support Cougar cross-country, you are welcome to head down to Mangrum Field and watch the action!
