100 Innings of Softball

The first-ever Cougar softball team will begin its inaugural season this spring, but the girls will be taking the field much earlier than that to raise funds for the season. On Saturday, October 28th, the squad will play a full 100 innings against The University of San Diego, an NCAA Division-I opponent. The game will take place at the University of San Diego, with all proceeds heading towards the Cougar softball program. The money will be used to help pay for team equipment, uniforms, and travel. If you are interested in sponsoring the squad at this fun event, please consider making a donation in support of the team! You can choose to sponsor the team on a per-inning basis ($1 per inning = $100 total donation, for example), though any amount you can contribute would be greatly appreciated. To donate, please make checks payable to “CSUSM Foundation”, and on the memo line write “CSUSM Softball”. This will ensure that all funds go directly to the softball program.
