County: Riverside
Acreage: 18,884

Cahuilla stays cool and dry as it sits at 4,000 ft, between Mt. Palomar and San Jacinto Peak. The residents have chosen to keep the reservation relatively undeveloped and natural. The terrain is characterized by giant boulders, rolling hills, dry washes and brush. The sparse population resides in a few ranches and an old schoolhouse serves as the tribal hall.

Library: There is no library at Cahuilla, only a casino, with expressed interest in having a library.
