"Seek continuous process improvement" is one of our Strategy Map objectives for our Balanced Scorecard. The measure linked to this objective is the "number of process mapped and improved".
In support of our Balanced Scorecard, Process Improvement training is offered to employees as needed.

Associate Vice Presidents may choose a process for improvement, as well as a team leader. Team leaders then select team members based on their level of involvement with the process. Those process improvement teams attend meetings where they will learn about Process Improvement as well as work on improving their chosen process. Teams will present their findings to the AVP's upon completion of the series. Process Improvement training is offered as needed.
