| The Balanced Scorecard Planning Council is made up of key
FAS managers and staff. This group meets regularly to discuss the
progress of ongoing BSC-related activities, review data gathered from
divisional measures, and steer the direction of upcoming events, measures,
and align the organization to our strategy. The Core Team has four FAS
managers and staff who meet weekly to carry out the various BSC-related
activities. They are the division subject matter experts, and also
serve on the BSC Planning Council. You are welcome to contact these
