Campus Connect Application 2013-2014

Campus Connect meets one afternoon in late August and then meets one Friday afternoon each Month September through May. Check the box if you will commit to full participation and attendance for the entire program

Participation in Campus Connect is a two-year commitment. Each member of the 2013-14 class will facilitate one or more class sessions in the 2014-15 year. Planning will take place between June 2014 and the month(s) of the session(s) you facilitate. Check the box if you agree to participate in the planning session and lead a future session.
