Past Grants

During the 2005-2006 school year, Center ARTES initiated a program offering up to 10 Arts Education Incentive Grants to individual schools or districts. We received and approved 5 applications covering diverse areas including school performances, professional development workshops, SUAVE arts coaching and classroom activities, and strategic planning/ curriculum development. Congratulations to the recipients of our inaugural Incentive Grant Program. Due to the success of the 2005-2006 program, we hope to repeat it for the 2006-2007 school year. However, at this time we must apologize as no details or due dates are currently available.

See below for information from last year's program:

Each of these options costs a total of $3000 of which Center ARTES will underwrite $1500 (for a total of $15,000). Each school and or District will be responsible to match the remaining $1500, payable to Center ARTES, which will work with each participating school or district and accommodate your needs for the workshops, performances, or strategic planning. Center ARTES will also cover all indirect costs. Should more than 10 schools and or districts be eligible, Center ARTES will work toward raising more funds.
