Proposed Dues Increase April 2005 A letter was mailed this week to all CFA members' homes detailing a proposal for a modest rise in member dues to help pay for costs of increased union activities. For most members, this will mean an increase of $3.00 to $7.00 per month. The issue was discussed during the April 16-17 Assembly and it was decided to discuss the proposal further with members before the delegates take a vote. If you have not received the letter, please contact the CFA Los Angeles Headquarters Office at (310) 641-4430 and give your name, home address and telephone number. The text of the motion passed at the Assembly, as well as President Travis' responses to several questions about the proposal, are available here.
