Three Year Rolling Plan 2013-2016

On October 31, 2012, Dean Shapiro submitted a three-year rolling plan to the Provost's Office, which outlines the college's priorities for the next three years. Because this is a "rolling" plan it assumes that priorities and budgets may change from year-to-year. The specific plan is the result of a collaboration between the Dean's Office and our College Coordinating Committee, which consists of the chair and secretary of the faculty, the chairs of governance committees, and a representative of department chairs. More broadly, the plan results from conversations the Dean's Office has had over the last year with college governance, particularly HAPC, which produced a hiring plan and the CAMP. These documents heavily inform the three-year plan. Our plan will next be examined by BLP and Academic Affairs leadership to inform the new long-range academic master plan (LAMP).

College Academic Master Plan (CAMP)

The faculty vision of the College has been captured annually in the College Academic Master Plan, also known as CAMP. Hiring and Academic Planning Committee (HAPC) has held the responsibility for annual revision of the CAMP. As a living document that presents the faculty vision of the future of the college, the CAMP serves as a planning tool and reference point for resource allocations.
