March 29th, 2013 (9 am to 3:30 pm, Kellogg 5102), Civility & Exchange Conflict Resolution Training for CSUSM Staff and Faculty: There is an exciting opportunity for CSUSM staff and faculty to go through the Civility & Exchange Conflict Resolution Training. It's a free training instructed by the National Conflict Resolution Center and is part of our efforts to teach our community the skills-based aspect of the Civility Campaign. Many student leaders on campus have already taken this training over the past few months and we've already noticed some of the positive outcomes of this training. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided, and you will have a chance to learn more about the Civility Campaign and earn a green Civility t-shirt! To sign up, please complete the form below by March 26th. We would LOVE to see you there!
If you have any questions about registering for a training session, please contact Sammi Carr, Civility and Exchange Outreach Specialist, at carat002@csusm.edu. You can also contact Student Life and Leadership at (760) 750-4970.
