Student Administration:
The student administration project is being implemented on all fronts. Below are a few highlights:
- Admissions – Live October 2007
- Course Catalog – Live February 2008
- Class Scheduling – Live February 2008
- Financial Aid - Live February 2008
Human Resources:
The HR Team is working on implementing two new modules in 2008. Benefits Administration and Absence Management will be implemented this year.Finance:
The campus upgrade to version 9.0 will begin May 2008 with a go-live in March 2009. Changes will be minimal to campus end-users. The operational users in Accounting, Budget Office, Procurement and Accounts Payables will receive new queries for regulatory reporting, budget reports and campus modifications delivered in baseline.Learn more about the CMS Project by reading our newsletter.

- 3/24/08 – Students notified via email to view Summer 2008 registration appointments
- 4/1/08 – Faculty Self-Service goes live
- 4/7/08 – Summer 2008 registration begins
- 4/7/08 – Financial Aid students notified of 2008-2009 awards
- 4/18/08 - Students notified via email to view Fall 2008 registration appointments
- 4/28/08 – Fall 2008 registration begins
Finance:
- 4/1/08 – Finance 9.0 Upgrade project begins
- 5/5/08 – CMS Central will perform our first upgrade pass
- 3/12/09 – Upgrade production to 9.0
