Human Resources / Student Administration (HR/SA) System Upgrade
The HR/SA system will be upgraded in late July 2011. This website will be updated to assist administrative users to navigate this change.

• When is the upgrade?

  • Thursday July 28, 2011, at 5:00 PM our system will go down for all HR/SA users, including students.

  • The system will be down from Thursday July 28, 2011 to Monday, August 1, 2011.

  • Tuesday, August 2, 2011, the upgraded system (Version 9) is live for full administrative and self-service use.

Common Finance System (CFS) Conversion

CMS Finance (PeopleSoft/Oracle) at San Marcos will be going live on April 1, 2011 with the CSU System Wide Common Finance System (CFS).

• CFS Data Warehouse training will begin April 20th, and end May 13th.
• Sessions will be limited to 20 people.
• To enroll in a sessions login to MyCSUSM and access PeopleSoft HR and use the following navigation:
  • Self Service -> Learning and Development -> Request Training Enrollment
