STRATEGIC PLANNING
The CSU recently announced its Access to Excellence Plan, the campus has a Strategic Plan, and Academic Affairs put the finishing touches on its AA Strategic Plan in January 2008. This has made it possible for the College, as announced at its Fall 2008 Convocation, to build its own strategic planning process this year.
To assist the process, a Strategic Planning Steering Committee, consisting of all the Governance committee chairs, the Dean and a staff member, was seated in Fall 2008. This group has crafted a DRAFT document meant to spark conversation, discussion, and communication about what the College's dreams and future plans are for the next 5-10 years, and to identify what problems/challenges must we work to overcome to be successful.
