Malin Burnham has been involved as Chairman of John Burnham & Company Insurance and Burnham Real Estate since 1949. In addition to being an active board member of several major corporations and 16 firms, Mr. Burnham has been awarded numerous honors including:

• Junior Achievement/San Diego Business Hall of Fame
• Philanthropist of the Year, National Society of Fund Raising Executives
• Civic Entrepreneur of the Year, Economic Development Corporation

He co-established the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego and is also a former partner/owner of the San Diego Padres and the San Diego Sockers.
