Introduction
Bennett Cherry received his Ph.D. from The University of Arizona and is an Associate Professor of Management at California State University San Marcos. His major areas of research include emerging entrepreneurs, service delivery strategy, employee engagement, and humility in leadership. His research has been presented at international conferences and published in numerous academic and practitioner-oriented journals. In his consultancy, Dr. Cherry works with organizations to assess, diagnose, and repair workplace climate issues. Dr. Cherry is also an active board member of the Cal State San Marcos Foundation and serves on the Finance & Operations Committee.
