The Center for Leadership Innovation and Mentorship Building, or CLIMB, promotes innovative leadership research and offers educational programs and mentoring opportunities to current and aspiring leaders...the students of today.

In the Executive's Chair is a class where business leaders talk to students about the business decisions that they face, their companies and their career paths. Students get a real sense of what it takes to be successful in their chosen career after graduation.

Senior Experience is the capstone course for the business administration major. In it, groups of 4-5 students work on a real-world project submitted by a local business or organization under the direction of a faculty supervisor. At the conclusion of the project, a Trade Show is held in which each student team displays and explains their work. Company sponsors and members of the business community are invited. The course is rigorous and demanding, but the feeling of accomplishment experienced by the students is something they never forget.

The student Value Improvement Program (VIP) offering is a set of optional extracurricular activities designed for students to enhance their academic curriculum. This is done by providing opportunities to develop critical personal and professional skills needed for success in their future careers.
