Spring 2013 Express Advising Schedule (drop-ins only)

Academic advising is available to all admitted (matriculated) undergraduate students at CSUSM.

Students must present their CSUSM student ID card when checking in at the CoBA Advising Office.

Walk-ins are for declaration of business major, change of business option, class add slips and veteran or active duty military requirements (military ID required).

Appointments are necessary for help with educational planning, evaluation of academic progress and graduation evaluations.

  • New (open and available) academic advising appointments are posted on a DAILY basis
  • Appointments can be made 2 to 10 days in advance

Remember to review your Academic Requirement Report (ARR) in myCSUSM to track degree requirements needed for graduation. If you find discrepancies, please submit an inquiry via the ARR Correction Form.

We advise students to plan ahead and see an advisor during non-peak periods to avoid long waits.

Pre-business students can meet with any advisor until attaining Business Status and then will meet with the designated advisor for their selected option.
