Distinguished Teacher in Residence Search

The College of Education is pleased to announce the opening of a search for up to two (2) Distinguished Teachers in Residence (DTiR) positions for the Fall 2010 through Spring 2012 academic years.  The selected teachers will be assigned by their employing districts to render full time service as instructional faculty on two-year terms of assignment, and will be chosen from the permanent teaching faculties of the districts that are parties to the Consortium Agreement with the College.  For their period of service to CSUSM, Distinguished Teachers will remain employees of their respective districts while performing their CSUSM instructional and service responsibilities.  One Distinguished Teacher in Residence will be selected from each cluster.  The eligible districts in each cluster are:

    Carlsbad Unified
    Escondido Union High School
