Lisa McCollum brings 30 years of experience in Communication education, training and development. Specializing in Organizational Communication, she received her Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Washington and her Master's from San Diego State University.

Ms. McCollum has applied her expertise as a Communication Specialist to a variety of audiences, ranging from the college classroom to corporate and military settings.  Her programs provide professionals with cutting-edge techniques for improving their performance on the platform.  Lisa conducts a variety of training programs and private coaching on Presentation & Speaking Skills, Effective Listening, Interpersonal Communication, Effective Interviewing, PowerPoint Skills for Professionals, Meeting Skills and a variety of customized business communication courses. Thousands of professionals have participated in her Communication Skills classes and coaching sessions.

In addition to her experience in designing and delivering training in the corporate arena, Lisa is an adjunct faculty member of California State University, San Marcos and the University of California San Diego, Extension, Corporate Programs and the Rady School of Executive Management.  She has also taught for San Diego State University and several San Diego community colleges.

  Ms. McCollum serves as an Advisory Board Member for the U.C.S.D. Marketing Management Certification program.  She is also seen on several San Diego television news stations, providing insights on a variety of communication related topics ranging from effective courtroom presentation to image management and professional presentations.
