Mrs. Hall holds M.A. and B.S. degrees in Communication from Arizona State University with emphases in intercultural and interpersonal communication.  Her current areas of interest include persuasion/critical thinking, interpersonal interactions and research, and oral communication as it relates to first year students.  In addition, she has worked in conflict resolution as a mediator in California and Arizona, both in private practice and for the Arizona State Attorney General’s Office.   She has handled a variety of cases including civil disputes, child protective custody cases and has mediated high school youth issues.
