Communication Department Conference Room Reservation Request

This form is for exclusive use by faculty in the Department of Communication to request the reservation of a conference room by the department's administrative support coordinator (AC). All other individuals who need to reserve a conference room should visit 25Live or the AC for their department.

Following submission of the form, please allow at least 72 hours notice after which the AC will confirm via email  that a room has been booked. Please note:  Most conference rooms are SMART technology rooms.  However, a few require a lap top in order to use the technology.  Please be specific with your technology needs.
