Program Overview
Leadership North County is a comprehensive leadership program that fosters the growth of community leaders who will serve as catalysts in building a stronger region. Outstanding communities are characterized by exceptional leaders who demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the region in which they live and have clear visions for the future. Leadership North County aims to impact the region’s development by preparing an active network of exceptional leaders with diverse backgrounds.
Program Objectives
- increase participant's awareness of the issues affecting the region
- highlight areas in which local leaders might collaborate to work more efficiently
Participants include current and emerging leaders who want to better understand our region's challenges and opportunities. Each Leadership North County class is carefully selected to create the dynamic of a strong learning group and an effective network of leaders.
