Academic Technology Services (ATS) is chartered to provide support and training to faculty and students in the use of campus computer resources. This includes:

• Use of software applications
• Use of computer hardware
• Management of the academic computing labs
• Use and provision of Internet resources
• Development of computer-based instructional materials.
• Maintenance of the Technology Resource Center

Academic Technology Services is comprised of the following working teams:

While the Faculty & Staff Help Desk and the Student Technology Help Desk provide answers to common computing questions and problems, Academic Technology Services an elevated level of support in the effective and innovative use of CSUSM's computing resources.
