This section of the Copyright website
is designed to allow self-study by faculty, staff, and students of Cal State
San Marcos about copyright law and how it applies to academic purposes. The
educational modules are in the WebCT online learning environment. There are

The TEACH Act
A fifth section on the Digital
Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) will be added when it is completed. Each
module contains a presentation created in PowerPoint and displayed in three
different formats:

Streaming format - uses
streaming video coordinated with PowerPoint slides to convey
information. For high-bandwidth users, i.e. on-campus, or with cable
modem or DSL at home.

HTML - simple,
low-bandwidth web version for modem users.

Text - for those using
screen readers.

page. Please use your usual email user name and password. Once in WebCT,
