Chef DK Catering was founded in 2005 and has expanded its business to include everything from corporate events to special events and weddings. Our Culinary team has a combined 75 years of experience and five culinary degrees among them. Our menus are all customized to our client’s needs. We use only the freshest, quality food that has never been frozen which ensures great taste and a healthy meal. Whenever possible, local, organic produce is utilized. The dishes are often displayed off of local artists’ artwork and sculptures to add to the theme and ambiance of the event. We have excellent working relations with some of the best vendors in the San Diego area and can help clients with vendor recommendations and selection.
