Kick off the week's event with the Human25 photograph (celebrating CSUSM's upcoming 25th anniversary!) and Pep Rally on Tuesday, October 18th, from 12-1PM on Kellogg Plaza.  Check out the rest of the events at the Homecoming Week website.

The Other Wes Moore

CSUSM students, staff, and faculty will explore the true story of two kids with the same name, living in the same city with the 2014-15 Common Read. One grew up to be a Rhodes Scholar, decorated combat veteran, White House Fellow, and business leader. The other is serving a life sentence in prison for felony murder. This critically acclaimed biography examines the toll of roads not taken and questions what life could have been for Wes Moore.  The last event of the semester is The Other Wes Moore Spoken Word Event on November 20th from 6-7:30PM in the USU Ballroom.

American Indian Heritage Month

California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) celebrates American Indian Heritage Month in November.
