GaYpril - ASI Community Centers

The ASI Community Centers invite you to a month of student panels, movies, and guest speakers about the LGBTQ community.  You can find out more information about events related to the Pride Center and the Gender Equity Center by viewing the ASI calendar.

The Hornet's Nest

Join us for this very special pre-screening of the feature film, The Hornet's Nest.  Armed with only cameras, Peabody and Emmy Award-winning conflict Journalist Mike Boettcher and his son, Carlos, provide unprecedented access into the longest war in U.S. history.  Embeded with U.S. Forces on the front lines in Afghanistan, this powerfilm caputres the heroism and sacrifice of our soldiers and Marines in combat.  Meet the film crew and members ot the military units featured in the film during a Q&A session.  Sponsored by Associated Students, Inc., and the Student Veterans Organization.  This film is rated "R". 

5:30PM reception and 6PM screening on Monday, April 28th, in the Student Union Ballroom.

Wear your green Cilivity t-shirt (or find out how to get one!) and support the campaign during U-hour (12-1PM) events on 2/4, 3/4, 4/8, and 5/6.

The dogs return to campus for another stress-relieving session with our students!  Please stop by the 3rd floor entrance to the library and get some canine therapy with the fabulous dogs from Love On A Leash, The Foundation for Pet Provided Therapy.  Thursday, May 8th, 10AM-2PM.
