Project Leadership

  • Dr. Katherine Hayden, Associate Professor of Educational Technology in College of Education at Cal State San Marcos, is the Project Director.   Her expertise is in professional development and the integration of technology into standards-based curriculum.
  • Dr. Youwen Ouyang, Associate Professor of Computer Science and Information Systems in College of Arts and Sciences at Cal State San Marcos, is Project Co-director. Her expertise is in the development development of technology based resources and technical support.
  • Ms. Nancy Taylor, Science Coordinator at San Diego County Office of Education, is the Co-Principal Investigator of the project. She brings expertise in the effective use of Lesson Study in professional development and integration of inquiry-based science lessons.
  • Mr. Daryl Stermon, CyberTEAM Project Coordinator. He has extensive background in K-12 education and also has experience implementing NSF funded projects.
  • Mr. Talbot Bielefeldt, research associate at the International Society for Technology in Education, is the external evaluator for the project.
