California State University San Marcos at Temecula - Dr. Karen Haynes, president of CSUSM, plans for an off-campus center, Cal State San Marcos at Temecula, at the Paul Goldring Garrett Institute for Higher Learning. CSUSM Extended Learning begins a full cohort of 54 learners in August who will complete an accelerated BS in Nursing degree. Other degrees and certificate programs will follow, Extended Learning will provide noncredit career and professional development courses and personal enrichment opportunities.
