Microsoft® Office Application Training

Learn the skills and techniques you need to create engaging PowerPoint presentations, complex financial Excel documents and well-formatted Word documents. This 9-session program will guide you from introduction to intermediate knowledge with today’s widely used Microsoft® Office business software applications.

Microsoft® Excel is a software program that allow you to organize, format and calculate data with formulas using a spreadsheet system.

Topics cover: Creating formulas, macros & worksheets; using charts, graphs and pivot tables; managing data; utilizing illustrations and tables; Converting text; importing and exporting data

Microsoft® Word is word processing software that enables you to create and edit text documents.

Topics cover: Creating, formatting and editing documents; Utilizing templates and style guides; working with images; advanced editing tools; mail merges; importing and exporting data

Microsoft® PowerPoint provides users the option to create an interactive presentation which incorporates, sounds, videos, text, and charts.

Topics cover: Creating and editing presentations and slide shows; templates and style guides; incorporating special effects; importing charts and graphs; securing and sharing presentations
