Meeting and Event Planning Certificate Core Courses

Participants who complete the six core classes, three Career Perspective Electives, and a project presentation will receive the Meeting & Event Planning Certificate. 

Core classes include:

• Fundamentals for Meeting & Event Planning

• Successful Logistical Planning

• Food and Beverage Essentials

• Legal Issues for Event Planners

• Finance and Budgeting Essentials

• Presentation & Communication Skills for Planners

• Project Presentations

Individual classes are $149 and are held at both the Cal State San Marcos & Temecula campuses

Classes meet Saturdays at Cal State San Marcos from 8:30am- 4:30pm and at the CSUSM Temecula location Mon/Wed evenings from 6-9pm
