This program will prepare you for the Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) exam, or simply enable you to update your knowledge and skills in materials management. Either way, the ORM certificate through Cal State San Marcos Extended Learning can give you the knowledge and foundation you need to become a more effective materials management professional.

Each course meets one evening per week over eight weeks—earning you 24 points each course toward APICS recertification—and is approved by the National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM) for three points each course toward your Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) designation. A passing grade of C- or better is required to receive your ORM certificate.
